The class will explain the history and benefits of hedge laying, including its role in creating stock-proof barriers, promoting biodiversity and rejuvenating hedgerows.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Richard will demonstrate the techniques, such as cutting stems, creating hinges and bending them over to form a dense, interwoven barrier.&nbsp;Come and see this skill demonstrated with traditional hand tools.</p>
