Fuaim Na Croí - “Sound of the Heart” as Gaeilge, is a Sound Healing, Meditation and Relaxation practice established by Conor Dillon, a lifelong musician, qualified sound engineer and now sound healer / meditation teacher. Conor has travelled the world for over 10 years working with music and began his journey into Holistic and Spiritual wellness in 2021.
Conor trained with Marta Toropow of Nadabrahma Health Academy, and received a Diploma in Sound Healing, he travelled to Nepal and completed a 500 hour Kundalini Meditation, Breathing and Yoga Teacher Training course, studying under some of the best yogis in Nepal including the founder of Nepal Yoga Home, Guru Ananda Prakash.
By incorporating various Relaxation and Meditation techniques, layered with the soothing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls and many other therapeutic instruments, a calm, tranquil environment is created to facilitate the healing, relaxation and balance of the Mind, Body and Soul.
